The wait is finally over! HRiFlow 10.0 is now live, featuring new updates designed to provide greater clarity and coherence in your daily HR activities.
Let’s explore all the new updates included in this release.
Recruitment software
From now on, staff recruitment can be conducted directly in the HRiFlow application via the recruitment module.
There, you can create job postings, manage candidates, schedule interviews, and send automatic email invitations.
Candidates who were not selected but show potential can be archived and used as a database for future recruitment sessions.

Advanced leave days allocation system
The paid leave section in HRiFlow now provides a comprehensive history of allocated days, including confirmation of the available balance per the employment contract and the application of seniority bonus rules.
You can also filter employees by last employment intervals and view leave status from one year to another to quickly identify any discrepancies. The system automatically alerts you when allocations do not comply with contractual provisions.

For better organization, the general leave settings have been moved from Settings – Company to Settings – Paid leave.

Companies list – new design and features
The Companies list has been updated with a new design and more advanced features. It is especially useful for accountants managing multiple companies or entrepreneurs with multiple entities.
Now, you can add an unlimited number of secondary companies as long as you have an administrator role for the primary company.
For secondary companies without a subscription, the limit is 10 employees, which cannot exceed the main company’s employee count.
Example: If the main company has 2 paid employees, each unsubscribed secondary companies can have a maximum of 2 employees. If the main company has 100 employees, the limit for secondary companies without a subscription is 10 employees per company.
