Salary calculation & D112
The system calculates all salary components based on the gross or net negotiated salary entered in the system, generating clear payslips ready for distribution. Everything is centralized for each individual employee.

Allowances & bonuses
Manage multiple types of allowances, including weekend bonuses and performance-based rewards, ensuring accurate alignment between negotiated values and final salary. Allowances can be applied individually or imported for multiple employees at once.

Salary deductions
Define detailed deductions with name, priority, application period, fixed or percentage type, value, and transfer bank account. The system keeps a full history of deducted amounts and supports legal limits such as 1/3 or 1/2 of net salary.

Employee benefits
HRiFlow automatically retrieves the number and value of meal vouchers from the time tracking system. In addition, the application enables the quick allocation of other types of personalized benefits per employee, such as nursery, gift, or cultural vouchers - all fully integrated into the payroll system.

Annual & medical leave
The application centralizes information on annual and medical leave and correlates it with the employee’s payroll status, providing clear visibility of used and unused days, including in contract termination scenarios.


Tax declarations
Automatic D112 Generation
HRiFlow generates the D112 directly from payroll data, based on payroll statements and employee and contract information. The declaration is available in XML format and can be validated using DUKIntegrator, ensuring consistency between salaries, contributions, and reported data.
Cost centers

Create cost centers for teams, departments, or other relevant criteria, and the system automatically allocates payroll expenses to each center. This provides clear visibility into personnel costs and supports budget analysis and internal reporting.

What is HRiFlow payroll?
HRiFlow Payroll is the module that automates the entire payroll process, from calculating salaries and managing bonuses or deductions, to generating the D112 declaration and sending payslips. Designed specifically for Romanian companies, it is fully integrated with local tax and labor legislation. Being integrated with the timekeeping and HR modules within the same platform, any overtime, leave, or per diem recorded is automatically reflected in the payroll.
How much does HRiFlow payroll software cost?
It depends on the chosen plan. The Starter and Business plans include payroll at no additional cost. For the Standard plan, a fee per employee/month applies. For details regarding the pricing plans, send a price request.
How long does the implementation of HRiFlow payroll software take?
Implementation typically takes between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the organization and the volume of data. Afterwards, a parallel testing period of at least 2–3 months is recommended. In addition to the monthly subscription, an implementation fee is charged, determined based on the complexity of the project.
Can we manage payroll on our own within the software?
Yes. Once implementation is complete, each company can independently manage its employees' salaries. If questions arise along the way, the support team is available to help you resolve them as quickly as possible.
Can I split payroll expenses across teams and departments?
Yes. You can define cost centers for teams or departments, and the software automatically allocates payroll expenses to each respective center.
Who has access to payroll data in the platform?
Access to payroll data is restricted exclusively to authorized individuals - typically the company's HR manager or accountant. Employees cannot view their colleagues' salary information or any details within the payroll module.

Yes. Data is stored securely, with access protected through authentication and role-based permissions. The platform complies with GDPR requirements regarding the protection of employees' personal data.
