Salary calculation & D112
The system calculates all salary components based on the gross or net negotiated salary entered in the system, generating clear payslips ready for distribution. Everything is centralized for each individual employee.

Allowances & Bonuses
Manage multiple types of allowances, including weekend bonuses and performance-based rewards, ensuring accurate alignment between negotiated values and final salary. Allowances can be applied individually or imported for multiple employees at once.

Salary deductions
Define detailed deductions with name, priority, application period, fixed or percentage type, value, and transfer bank account. The system keeps a full history of deducted amounts and supports legal limits such as 1/3 or 1/2 of net salary.

Employee benefits
HRiFlow automatically retrieves the number and value of meal vouchers from the time tracking system. In addition, the application enables the quick allocation of other types of personalized benefits per employee, such as nursery, gift, or cultural vouchers - all fully integrated into the payroll system.

Annual & medical leave
The application centralizes information on annual and medical leave and correlates it with the employee’s payroll status, providing clear visibility of used and unused days, including in contract termination scenarios.


Tax Declarations
Automatic D112 Generation
HRiFlow generates the D112 directly from payroll data, based on payroll statements and employee and contract information. The declaration is available in XML format and can be validated using DUKIntegrator, ensuring consistency between salaries, contributions, and reported data.
Cost centers
Accounting entries split by cost centers
Create cost centers for teams, departments, or other relevant criteria, and the system automatically allocates payroll expenses to each center. This provides clear visibility into personnel costs and supports budget analysis and internal reporting.
