2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser and reads on later visits. We also use similar technologies: the browser’s local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) and pixels – requests the page you visit sends to a provider, without necessarily storing anything on your device. In this policy we call all of them “cookies”.
3. Which cookies we use
We group them in categories. You can accept or refuse each category, except the necessary one.
- Necessary – the site does not work properly without them: remembering your choice in the settings window, the site language, protecting forms against spam (only on pages with a form), protection against automated traffic. This category also includes an anonymous visitor identifier (Orbit) and remembering the campaign that brought you to the site, to link visits to the requests sent through forms or bookings.
- Analytics – help us understand how the site is used (pages visited, traffic source, click maps). Enabled only with your consent.
- Advertisement – measure and personalise our ads on partner platforms (Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, OpenAI). Enabled only with your consent.
- Embedded services – some pages contain third-party services loaded directly: the Calendly widget for booking a demo and YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode (YouTube stores no cookies before the video starts).

4. How to change your choice
On your first visit we ask for your choice in a window. You can change it at any time with the button above or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent for a category, we delete that category’s cookies stored on our domain and reload the page. Cookies stored directly on the providers’ domains (for example facebook.com) cannot be deleted by us; you can delete them in your browser settings.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some providers process data outside the EEA, mainly in the United States: Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA, YouTube), Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, OpenAI, Calendly and Cloudflare. For these providers the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision where the provider is certified, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Hotjar (Malta) and StatCounter (Ireland) process data in the EU.
6. How long we keep proof of your choice
To be able to demonstrate consent (Art. 7(1) GDPR), we keep a log of choices for 3 years: a random identifier, the choice for each category, the date, the language, the truncated IP address (without its last segment) and the country. The log contains no name, email or other data that directly identifies you.
7. Your rights
You have the rights described in the privacy policy: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
8. Changes
We may update this policy. When a change affects the categories or the providers, we ask for your choice again on your next visit.
