“Employee – contracts” report
In this report, you will see all the employees within your company and you can check easily details about their employment contract. For each employee you will have access to information about:
- The team they belong in
- The job title
- Date of employment
- The expiration date of the employment contract
- The date you added the employee in the app
Also, even if you have many employees, by using the search feature you can find an employee fast. Other filters you can use for this report are choosing to see new or expired contracts or the time frame. You have the option to print or download it in an XLS. file.
Search features
In the Employee menu, now you can search an employee not just by its name, but also using their social security number. Searching an employee became an easy job with this feature, especially you have many employees. Also, this feature is available for the list on Inactive employees too.
Small changes
You can set in each employee profile a certain location, from the ones you created
You will be notified 30 days before an employment contract expires
There are 2 types of files for import: one to add new employees and one to update already existing employees
When you are using one of the import files the app will inform you exactly about the number of users you are adding or updating
Holidays are marked with red in the calendar that you are using to add events, in order to help you plan leaves
