Each box contains a link to the employee\u2019s <strong>Day data<\/strong> panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, any issues will be highlighted in each cell with a symbol like the one in the image below. It includes the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employee Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start Time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>End Time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This report also includes a series of filters to help you synthesise the information you want, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Activities<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Projects<\/strong> (if the project module is activated)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Billable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Users<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Teams<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Locations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interval type<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Terminal type<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RFID device<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hours interval<\/strong> (from hour \u2013 to hour)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Select time frame<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, in the last column of the table, there is a details section with three icons, depending on the action you want to perform: Details, Edit, and Delete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Details<\/strong> &#8211; here, you can view details about the recorded attendance, such as the date, check-in time, terminal type, the device that recorded the clocking, GPS coordinates, the location on the map, and the history of any changes recorded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit <\/strong>&#8211; here, you can modify the date, time, location, and clocking project. display the hours recorded by each employee through check-ins and check-outs and see the total hours worked by your employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This report does not have the <strong>Display by id=\"h-how-to-edit-live-attendance-permissions\">How to edit live attendance permissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This permission allows only team leaders to add or edit the live attendance of their employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the <strong>Dashboard<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the name of the employee you want to grant this permission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Settings <\/strong>in the employee&#8217;s profile menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the <strong>Permissions and notifications<\/strong> section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the teams for which this employee has the right to edit the live attendance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To finish, click <strong>Save First, select the attendances you want to edit, click the <strong>Edit <\/strong>button, and then choose the correct location\/project (leave the date and time fields blank if you do not need to change them). Finally, click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-edit-period-time\">How to edit period\/time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, you can modify the date and time if necessary. However, this general configuration will not affect employees who have a custom reset limit set individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reset Entry Limit at the User Level<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike the company-level reset limit, which is restricted to <strong>24 hours<\/strong>, the individual user reset limit can be extended up to <strong>30 hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Example:<\/strong> If a <strong>26-hour<\/strong> limit is set and an employee with a <strong>08:00 \u2013 08:00<\/strong> schedule clocks in at <strong>08:00 AM<\/strong>, the reset button will not activate exactly at 24 hours, but according to the newly set limit.
