<strong>Dashboard <\/strong>allows you to quickly view and access information, optimizing your workflow and the efficiency of daily activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can view the <strong>Day&#8217;s Overview<\/strong> from the <strong>Dashboard <\/strong>or add events, attendance, and widgets such as food coupons, available paid leave, absent employees, etc. Each of these functionalities is detailed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-events\">Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-add-events\">How to add events<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the <strong>Add <\/strong>button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the type of event you want to add<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the employees to whom you want to assign the event<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the event&#8217;s <strong>Start<\/strong>\/<strong>End date<\/strong>, <strong>Start<\/strong>\/<strong>End time<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specify the <strong>Reason <\/strong>for the event request (this may be optional or mandatory, depending on your settings)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If necessary, choose a substitute for the employee during the selected event id=\"h-attendance\">Attendance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-add-attendance\">How to add attendance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the <strong>Clock in<\/strong> button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Clock in location<\/strong> where the activity is taking place<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the <strong>Project <\/strong>for which attendance needs to be recorded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add an <strong>Attendance note<\/strong> to the attendance to include additional details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Date <\/strong>and then, necessarily, the <strong>Clock in<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the right side, under <strong>Total hours<\/strong>, will be displayed the number of hours recorded from the entry time to the exit time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>Add <\/strong>button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afterwards, this button will change to <strong>Clock out<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure At the bottom of the page, you will find the event legend. Additionally, by hovering over an event on the calendar, you can view details such as the <strong>event type<\/strong>, <strong>total number of days<\/strong>, <strong>date range<\/strong>, and <strong>request reason<\/strong>.
