Team members will only see their fellow team members (if the company visibility settings are default), and they won&#8217;t be able to view members of other teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All reports have a team filtering system, which makes tracking employees easier and simplifies the work schedule setup. Departments can be created as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the <strong>Workspace <\/strong>\u2013 <strong>Teams <\/strong>section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>Add department <\/strong>button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the <strong>Department name<\/strong>, <strong>Parent department<\/strong>, <strong>Department identifier<\/strong>, and <strong>Leaders<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Add<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Next to each department, you&#8217;ll find two buttons. Clicking <strong>Edit <\/strong>will modify the department&#8217;s identification details, and clicking the <strong>X <\/strong>symbol will delete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Departments can be accessed by clicking on their name, allowing you to navigate or perform operations directly within them, such as <strong>adding<\/strong>\/<strong>editing<\/strong> <strong>teams or departments<\/strong>. Additionally, existing teams can be distributed among departments using the <strong>drag and drop<\/strong> function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-organizational-chart\">Organizational Chart<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Organizational Chart <\/strong>report in the application is generated based on the teams and departments created, highlighting individuals who are leaders or administrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To access the company&#8217;s organizational chart, click on <strong>Reports <\/strong>\u2013 <strong>Organizational Chart<\/strong>. Here, you can view the company&#8217;s organizational chart structured by parent departments, departments, and teams. Click <a href=\"https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/en\/documentation\/teams-and-departments\/#how-to-create-a-team-department\">here <\/a>to see how you can create teams\/departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team organizational chart can be accessed by clicking on the team name within the department organizational chart. Additionally, by clicking on a department name, you will be redirected to the organizational chart for the selected department or team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose which information to display under the employee&#8217;s name by using the <strong>Settings <\/strong>button and checking the boxes next to the desired information.
