Simply <strong>right-click<\/strong> to copy and paste or use the keyboard shortcuts, specifically <strong>Ctrl + C<\/strong> and <strong>Ctrl + V<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-create-predefined-shifts\">How to Create Predefined Shifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The predefined shifts option is typically used by factories with shift work schedules. If selected for weekends, the application will also apply the model on weekends. The application will include public holidays in the model if selected for public holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skip and advance pattern<\/strong> \u2014This option skips weekends and continues the model without maintaining its original structure. For example, if you have a model with five days labeled 1 \u2013 2 \u2013 3 \u2013 4 \u2013 5, and you choose &#8220;skip and advance&#8221; with the weekend falling on days 2 \u2013 3, the application will skip the schedules for days 2 and 3 (Saturday and Sunday) and continue with 4 \u2013 5 for Monday and Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skip <\/strong>\u2013 This option will skip weekends while preserving the model\u2019s structure. Essentially, you set a work schedule for each day of each week in this template (this is ideal for employees who have a different schedule for each week or day). employees to help each other by swapping their work shifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event will be recorded in the <strong>Dashboard <\/strong>&#8211; <strong>Add <\/strong>event<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on <strong>Shift Swap<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the <strong>employees <\/strong>and the days for the shift swap<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Add<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The list of employees will appear after clicking on the name of the first displayed employee.
