Therefore, employees will receive for 2024 the same number of days they had in 2023<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The default number set in the company settings will be allocated for employees without a leave history<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seniority bonus, calculated based on company settings or the employee&#8217;s profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can directly modify the number of leave days from the open allocation box. Depending on the employee&#8217;s seniority in the company, you can add up to <strong>3 days per year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At 1 year of seniority &#8211; +3 days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At 2 years of seniority &#8211; an additional +2 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, an employee with 3 years of seniority will receive the standard vacation days plus the additional ones based on seniority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-the-setting-works\">How the setting works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This option controls how paid vacation days are rounded, especially for employees with less than one year of service. For example, if an employee has worked for only 7 months, the system will automatically round the number of vacation days either up or down, depending on the selected setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: This setting is also available in each employee&#8217;s profile at the individual level. It does not impact the number of available leave days or generate official documents (such as paid leave requests). As the planned period approaches, and if no changes occur, the employee must submit a regular leave request or follow the internal procedures.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-add-a-paid-leave-request\">How to add a paid leave request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To add leave days, access <strong>Dashboard <\/strong>\u2013 and click on the <strong>Add events <\/strong>button \u2013 <strong>Paid Leave<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the box that opens, you need to select the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The employee<\/strong> to whom you want to add the leave, in case you are an administrator in the application or a team leader. If you are an employee, you will be automatically selected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The type of paid leave: <strong>Annual leave<\/strong> or <strong>Special Leave Days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Start date<\/strong> and <strong>End date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reason <\/strong>for the request, if applicable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Replaced by<\/strong> \u2013 if the option for this category of event is enabled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You also have the option to <strong>Attach a file<\/strong> if necessary and then click The application will not double them if the days have already been allocated.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Furthermore, suppose you have employees with expired employment contracts and have yet to deactivate them. In that case, the application will not allocate leave days to them because their employment contract has expired.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-special-leave-days\">Special Leave Days<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The application includes predefined standard types of paid leave or special event leave. Additionally, each company can control these aspects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It can create new types of paid leave<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It can set an annual limit for these<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It can modify the number of available days for each type of paid leave<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It can deactivate existing categories<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Below, you will find the steps for each action mentioned above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-create-new-types-of-paid-leave\">How to create new types of paid leave<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need a new
