You can also edit the document date, effective from, and effective until, and the workload. HRiFlow Documents module. You can create custom document templates that will auto-populate based on the employee&#8217;s data for whom it is generated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the main menu, click on <strong>Settings <\/strong>&#8211; <strong>Documents <\/strong>\u2013 <strong>Document Templates <\/strong>\u2013<strong> Add Template<\/strong>. Enter a <strong>Document Name<\/strong>, and choose the <strong>series <\/strong>type and <strong>folder<\/strong>. Use copy-paste to add the necessary content for the employment contract and click <strong>Save<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped <strong>Contracts<\/strong>, you have the option to choose the type of contract under which they are employed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not find the necessary option in the predefined list, you can easily add a new type of contract:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the <strong>Workspace <\/strong>menu \u2013 <strong>Contract Types<\/strong> \u2013
