To access the iNotify <\/strong>feature, access from menu bar Workspace <\/strong>– Reminders<\/strong>. Click on the New Reminder<\/strong> button, and you can choose one of the following types: General<\/strong>, User<\/strong>, Documents<\/strong>, Events<\/strong>, Signees<\/strong>, Reviews<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Reminder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This type of reminder helps you, for example, to remind employees if they have a task to complete by a certain date:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to Create a Reminder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Message<\/strong> – fill in the box with the desired information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • For<\/strong> – select the employee(s) to whom you want to send the message<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Date <\/strong>– choose the deadline for when the task should be completed – after selecting the date, you will see the message Notify 0 days before<\/strong> – choose how many days before they should receive the notification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Optionally, check Send email<\/strong> and choose the message time<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on Create Reminder<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    User Reminder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    This feature allows you to set a reminder for any employee so you don\u2019t forget something important related to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Message <\/strong>\u2013 fill in the box with the desired information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Targeted user<\/strong>\u2013 select the employee, teams, or departments the reminder is for<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • For <\/strong>\u2013 choose whether the reminder is for yourself or another employee who will receive the notification<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Date <\/strong>\u2013 select the date when the reminder should be sent; once the date is selected, the message will appear<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Notify 0 days before<\/strong> \u2013 choose how many days before the reminder the notification should be sent<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Repeat <\/strong>\u2013 needed, set the frequency: every X Days<\/strong>, Weeks<\/strong>, Months<\/strong>, or Years<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Send email at <\/strong>\u2013 needed, check this option and select the time the message should be sent<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Create reminder<\/strong> to save<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Document Reminder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Ensures that essential company information is up to date<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Steps to Create a Reminder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Message<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Documents <\/strong>– select from the documents already created<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • For <\/strong>– select employees or teams\/departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Date<\/strong> – choose the notification date – after which you will get the message Notify 0 days before<\/strong> – choose how many days before they should receive the notification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • From the employee profile select Documents<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click on a document you need to add a reminder to<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • At the top of the document, you have a clock-shaped icon<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click on the icon to set a reminder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          You can choose the reminder day, how many days in advance you want to be reminded, and check if you want to receive it by email – then click on the Set Reminder<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Reminders for Documents with Expiration Date<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Setting reminders for ID card, temporary residence permit, and driving permit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Access the employee’s profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Navigate to the Settings <\/strong>– Personal data<\/strong> section<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Next to the relevant fields (ID card, temporary residence permit, driver’s license), click on the clock icon<\/strong> to set a reminder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • A window will open where you need to complete the following:\n
              \n
            • Expiration date<\/strong>: day, month, and year<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Custom message <\/strong>(optional) that will appear in the notification<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Number of days in advance<\/strong> to send the notification<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Time <\/strong>to send the email (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Click the Set reminder<\/strong> button to save<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Setting reminders for meal ticket card expiration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Scroll down to the Food coupon<\/strong> card series field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Click on the clock icon<\/strong> next to the field<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                  Reviews Reminder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  This type of reminder helps you to remind employees to complete an evaluation they haven’t finalized by a specific date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • From Workspace <\/strong>– Reminders<\/strong> – New reminder <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Type <\/strong>– choose Reviews<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Message <\/strong>\u2013 fill in the box with the information you want<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Reviews <\/strong>\u2013 select the reviews for which you want to create the reminder. The message in the reminder will be sent to the evaluator employee in the selected evaluation session<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Date <\/strong>\u2013 Choose the date when the reminder should be sent. After selecting the date, you’ll see the option “Notify 0 days before” \u2013 choose how many days in advance the notification should be sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Optionally, check Send email<\/strong> and select the time for the message<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Click on Create reminder<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    Review Reminder from the Review Report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    • From the Reports <\/strong>– Reviews <\/strong>menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Select the review for which you want to add a reminder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • At the top of the report, you’ll find a clock-shaped icon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Click on the icon <\/strong>to set a reminder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • You can choose the message<\/strong>, the message date<\/strong>, and the number of days<\/strong> in advance for the reminder and check the option to send the reminder via email if you want<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Finally, click the Set reminder<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      Reminder Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      It can be used to send a reminder to the employee associated with a particular event. For example, you can remind an employee to explain remaining tasks to their replacement before going on leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Steps to Create a Reminder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      • Enter Message <\/strong>– Provide the message you want to send as a reminder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Select Event<\/strong> – Choose the event for which you want to set the reminder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Choose Reminder Date <\/strong>– Select the date for the reminder and how many days before this date the notification should be sent<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Create Reminder – Click on the Create Reminder<\/strong> button to finalize and set the reminder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        By using the Event Reminder feature, you can ensure that important tasks or information related to specific events are communicated effectively and in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        Signature Reminder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                        This feature applies to a document already created, which requires a signature from the employee or manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        Steps to Create a Reminder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        • Enter Message <\/strong>– Provide the message you want to send as a reminder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Choose Document <\/strong>– Select the document (based on the selected document, the application will generate a list of employees who need to sign it)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Check Employee<\/strong> – Tick the box next to the employee who will receive the notification<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Choose Reminder Date <\/strong>– Select the date for the reminder and specify how many days before this date the employee should be notified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                          Reminders are structured on the notifications page into three categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            \n
                          • Inbox <\/strong>– Recent reminders that have not yet been completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Finalized<\/strong>– Reminders that have been marked as completed (to mark a reminder as completed, hover the reminder in the Inbox and click on the checkbox next to it)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Future <\/strong>– Reminders for which you have chosen a notification date further ahead than the current day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                            Reminder Widget<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                              \n
                            • Click on the Settings <\/strong>icon in the top right corner of the main Dashboard, then click on Add widget<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Select Reminders under Widget type<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Enter the widget Title<\/strong>, choose the User type<\/strong> for which you want the widget to be visible and then the Widget type<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Click Add<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                              The widget will display reminders with expired deadlines or deadlines corresponding to the current date, a button to create a new reminder, and a button to mark all reminders as completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              Editing the widget<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                              To edit the widget, click on the Settings <\/strong>icon, then on the three dots in the top right corner of the reminders widget. Choose Edit <\/strong>to change the Title<\/strong>, Visibility<\/strong>, and Reminder type<\/strong> that will appear on the widget (for events, employee, general, documents, settings, ratings) or Delete <\/strong>to make the widget no longer appear on the General <\/strong>panel<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              Click the Hide background<\/strong> checkbox if you want the background to no longer be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              Reminder notifications filter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                              In the notification bell <\/strong>section, there is a Reminders <\/strong>area where you can filter notifications by Employees<\/strong>. From this section, you can also add a New reminder<\/strong> or Mark all as finalized <\/strong>from the current day or earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              To view future reminders, click Future <\/strong>on the left side of the Reminders <\/strong>section. The same applies when viewing completed reminders by clicking Finalized <\/strong>or current reminders by clicking Inbox<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
