In these cases, investing in timekeeping devices for all work points is a considerable financial effort and may not be the best solution, either way. That&#8217;s why HRiFlow is the right platform for simply offering alternative timekeeping methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This quick and easy timing method is suitable for employees who are unfamiliar with technology. Thus, the employee, team leader or person responsible for the timekeeping of these employees receives a link via email, message, or any other form of messaging. After logging in, it is necessary to enter the unique code of each employee, which can be the mark number itself. The same procedure is followed to record the clock-out. All data is transmitted in real time to the HRiFlow application, which will be transformed into complete and accurate reports about the real attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The QR code clock-in method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just like the link clock-in method, this is just as easy. How does it work? Simple, the QR code is automatically generated in the application, and all the superior has to do is print it. The QR code image can be displayed at each workstation, in a place visible to employees. They will scan it with their own phone, then write the unique code, and the attendance is recorded in real time, by the minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The whole process is accessible and easy for anyone to carry out, and the superior will always be informed about the activity of the employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All data is transmitted instantly to the HRiFlow application, which will be transformed into complete and accurate reports on the real attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-live-customer-support-chat\"><strong>Live customer support chat<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We always want to be close to our customers and that&#8217;s why we have several communication channels such as phone, WhatsApp, and e-mail. We thought about it and brought the live chat back to the platform, so we have several options through which we can be contacted. By simply opening the platform, the chat is accessible, and someone will always be available (between 8 am and 5 pm EET, Monday-Friday) to answer questions. Through this chat, we will be able to solve small inconveniences coming from customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-improvements-and-repairs\"><strong>Improvements and repairs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>After each change in the application, an automatic refresh occurs.<\/li><li>The automatic pause time has been increased from 60 to 180 minutes.
