In HRiFlow you do this very easily, although unpaid leave is not one of the predefined events in the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read this article and find out how you create the event and add it to your employees in a very short time, but with long-term effects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-do-i-create-an-unpaid-leave-event\">How do I create an unpaid leave event?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the steps below and make sure your account settings are set as shown in the picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>From the \u201cSettings\u201d main Menu \u2013 \u201cEvent types\u201d<\/li><li>Click on the \u201cAdd new event type\u201d button<\/li><li>Select the \u201cDate Interval\u201d event type<\/li><li>Fill in the name \u201cunpaid leave\u201d<\/li><li>Selects a color<\/li><li>Click on \u201cNeeds approval\u201d<\/li><li>Tick box \u201cAppears in the timesheet report\u201d<\/li><li>Fill in the symbol (for example \u201cUPL\u201d)<\/li><li>Tick \u201cExclude from totals in the timesheet report\u201d box<\/li><li>Tick the box \u201cShow in monthly attendance report\u201d<\/li><li>Then click on \u201cAdd\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full td-modal-image\" style=\"max-width:none;width:1200px\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/UNPAID-LEAVE.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27486\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-do-i-add-the-unpaid-leave-event-to-my-employees\">How do I add the Unpaid leave event to my employees?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>From Dashboard<\/li><li>Click on \u201cAdd\u201d<\/li><li>Click on \u201cUnpaid leave\u201d<\/li><li>Select the employee<\/li><li>Select the time interval<\/li><li>Click on \u201cAdd\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After you added the event, you will need to approve it in order for it to appear on your timesheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the Activity menu, click on the request and press Approve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can follow these exact steps for other events like this. HRiFlow allows you to register any types of free days or leaves. You can configure your account easily.
