Learn why and how to add information so that your reports are automatically filled in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The basis for all calculations in the app is primarily the work schedule, and secondly the live attendance. Depending on how you use the app you will be using one of the two options mentioned or both at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-is-your-timesheet-empty\">Why is your timesheet empty?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The first thing you need to do when the timesheet is empty is to check the Data source of this report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on the \u201cTimesheet Settings\u201d button \u2013 check \u201cData source\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This must be \u201cWork schedule\u201d or \u201cWork schedule + overtime\u201d for the module on the basis of the work schedule or \u201cLive attendance\u201d in order to have the timesheet completed on the basis of the employee&#8217;s registered attendances. You can always alternate between the data sources, depending on the information you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After you&#8217;ve verified the Data source, these are the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the timesheet based on the work schedule that is empty:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on the main menu \u201cWork schedule\u201d \u2013 if this panel is blank, as shown in the image below, then this is why the report is also blank.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full td-modal-image\" style=\"max-width:none;width:1200px\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/timesheet-empty-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27478\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>All you need to do is set the work schedule for your employees. <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/9TOrM_ONWng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Here <\/a>you will find a video tutorial with the steps you need to take. Once you have set the schedule, navigate back to the report and you will notice that it is populated with data, already automatically calculated, including events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the Timesheet based on Live attendance that is empty:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>From the main menu \u201cReports\u201d \u2013 \u201cLive attendance\u201d \u2013 first, choose \u201call teams\u201d in the team filter, and if the report is empty, as shown below, then your employees have not recorded any attendances.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full td-modal-image\" style=\"max-width:none;width:1200px\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/empty-timesheet-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27476\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>What you need to do in this case is make sure that your employees are adding their attendance or that a leader is checking them in and out. Afterward, the timesheet will be filled with data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-other-reports-that-need-data-in-order-to-be-automatically-filled-in\">Other reports that need data in order to be automatically filled in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Food coupons<\/strong> \u2013 this report is not filled out if the work schedule is missing because the app determines how many days the employee has worked based on their work schedule<\/li><li><strong>Paid leave<\/strong> \u2013 you need to add available leave days to employees if you want this report to be completed. Find the steps here.<\/li><li><strong>Medical days<\/strong> \u2013 you must add \u201cSick leave\u201d events for this report to be completed.<\/li><li>Overtime and time off \u2013 you must add \u201cOvertime\u201d and \u201cTime-off\u201d events for this report to be completed.<\/li><li><strong>Employees<\/strong> \u2013 if only the name appears in this report, then you will need to fill in the personnel data in their profile, either manually or via import, you can find here the video tutorial with the steps.<\/li><li><strong>Employees &#8211; contracts<\/strong> &#8211; if this report is empty, you will need to fill in the start and expiration dates of the employment contract<\/li><li><strong>Custom fields <\/strong>&#8211; for this report to be filled in you need to create and complete custom fields<\/li><li><strong>Monthly attendance<\/strong> &#8211; this will be filled in if you have the work schedule set<\/li><li><strong>Real registry<\/strong> &#8211; this will be filled in if your employees have attendances<\/li><li><strong>Files<\/strong> &#8211; here you will find files if any were added through events<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You are not required to complete all the information in the app. Fill in the data that you need to get the reports ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need any help, do not hesitate to contact us via the chat in the app or by email contact@hriflow.ro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Did you recently create an HRiFlow account and your timesheet or food coupons report is empty?
