For this reason, most companies with more than 50 employees feel the need for a system that allows them to do monitor everyone easily and correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The HRiFlow time &amp; HR app is integrated with a card-based hardware perfect for timekeeping. For data safety and accuracy, we do not integrate HRiFlow with devices other than those we own and have tested. Discover below how to use the RFID card integrated version of the HRiFlow app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>iFlow works in several ways:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>based on work schedule planning;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>based on the check-ins\/outs from the mobile device (which records the date, time, and location &#8211; if allowed)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>based on the time &amp; attendance RFID system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>iFlow is integrated with a Mini PC and an RFID card reader. If you are interested in integrating HRiFlow with other devices, let us know by email <a href=\"mailto:contact@hriflow.ro\">contact@hriflow.ro<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-does-the-electronic-timekeeping-system-work\">How does the electronic timekeeping system work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is really simple, you will install the devices and each one of your employees will have an RFID card, registered in HRiFlow with a unique code. They will scan their cards daily everytime they come in and out of work. The devices will record the information and they will be automatically transferred to the timesheet and the Real registry Report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Did your employees forget to check-in or out? No problem, the app will let you know and as an admin you can easily fix these situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-do-you-solve-the-issues-in-the-timesheet\">How do you solve the issues in the timesheet?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Timesheet settings you select as Data source \u201dLive attendance\u201d, and you will easily see any errors because those days will have a red exclamation mark on them. If you click on it the app will redirect you to that specific issue, on the Day data submenu, and you will be able to fix with just a few clicks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video alignwide td-article-img-border\" style=\"max-width:none;width:1194px\"><video autoplay loop muted src=\"https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/timekeeping-system-errors2.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-happens-when-an-employee-forgets-their-card-at-home\">What happens when an employee forgets their card at home?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We know this can happen, because mistakes can happen, we are all human after all! If an employee forgets their card at home, they can use they can check-in and out from their phone or a PC, or if needed their team-leader or admin can add their check-in and out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, if there are any video cameras at the entrance of your building, you are eliminating any suspicions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s really easy to use and adapt to using an electronic timekeeping system. You only need to do a basic configuration of your HRiFlow account and then enjoy the perks of electronic timekeeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-do-you-need-to-do-a-basic-configuration\">Why do you need to do a basic configuration?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t worry, this just means you need to import the employees in the app and set their work schedule. Why? All the real data collected by the electronic system need to be compared to something.
