Today\u2019s status in HRiFlow is a functionality that allows you to check in real-time who is at work, who is away on a business trip, who is doing extra hours, etc. You can see all these in one panel. Read this article to learn how to get the most out of this feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today\u2019s status can filter the workplace presence either based on the work schedule (planning) or live attendance. You will choose this depending on how you use the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will check this option for Today\u2019s status if you use HRiFlow based on the work schedule. If your employees work on different shifts, you will see in real-time who is at work and who is not at the very hour when you look at this status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You have 2 shifts in the company, one of them starts at 08:00 and ends at 16:00 and the second one starts at 17:00 – 01:00. Thus, if the work schedule is completed, when you check Today\u2019s status from the Dashboard panel set to \u201cAttendance by: Work schedule\u201d, the results will be displayed depending on the time you make the check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you check at 12:00 – the employees that will be present at work will be the ones with the 08:00 – 16:00 shift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you check at 18:00 – the employees that will be present at work will be the ones with the 17:00 – 01:00 shift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And if you check at 16:30 all employees will be shown as absent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once you selected the basis for your workplace presence, you can also select events. If you select \u201cBusiness trip\u201d, in addition to the classification \u201ctoday – at work\u201d and \u201ctoday – absent\u201d you will also have the classification \u201ctoday – at work, Business trip\u201d and the app will show you the employees who are present at work and have the event Business trip added today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can select any event, even those created by you.In this way, you can make your own status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will check this option for Today\u2019s status if you use HRiFlow based on the real-time presence. You’ll see in real time, for the moment when you access the app, who has checked-in at work and who hasn\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today\u2019s status based on Live attendance is updated in real time, even if an employee checked-in at 08:00, if at 11:00 they check-out because they are going on a break, after you refresh the Dashboard panel it will change its status from \u201ctoday \u2013 at work\u201d to \u201ctoday \u2013 absent\u201d until it returns and checks back in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you are using real-time presence in HRiFlow, and your employees have a standard schedule, you can check and easily find the employees that forget to check-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For example, if everyone is working from 08:00 to 16:00, and you enter the app to check if everyone checked-in at 13:00 and you see anyone being absent, they most probably forgot to check-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today\u2019s status can also be used by employees. They can check in real-time if their colleagues are at work. In this way its easier to collaborate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
