The timesheet is automatically calculated, and you can easily see how many paid leave days each employee has left or to the planning for these days. Read this article and find out all the steps in order to realize the leave planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I create the report?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For this annual leave planning, you will be using the custom fields from HRiFlow. You will need to create a custom field for each month, the column with the full name of the employee is already created as you can see in the image below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the main menu \u201dSettings\u201d &#8211; \u201cCustom fields\u201d &#8211; click on \u201cAdd field\u201d &#8211; complete the name &#8211; select the field type (text) &#8211; click on \u201cSave\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are the steps you will need to follow for each month of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full td-article-img-border\" style=\"max-width:none;width:1200px\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"326\" src=\"https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/custom-fields-report.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25033\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/custom-fields-report.png 1200w, https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/custom-fields-report-300x82.png 300w, https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/custom-fields-report-1024x278.png 1024w, https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/custom-fields-report-768x209.png 768w, https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/custom-fields-report-696x189.png 696w, https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/custom-fields-report-1068x290.png 1068w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I fill in the report?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This report can be filled in by you or your employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete the data, you will access the report from the Reports menu &#8211; \u201dCustom fields\u201d, and click on the edit button for each employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For your employees to complete the report (suggested way) you need to give them access to it. You can do this from the Settings menu &#8211; Company &#8211; Company Settings &#8211; check the box for \u201dEmployees can view their own custom fields\u201d, to save click Update information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After you granted them access, they can plan their leaves. You will approve the events when the paid leave needs to take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not recommended to approve all of them at once, because unexpected situations can occur, and you will probably need to make changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Try to realize the annual leave planning with HRiFlow.
