Read below to find out some things you should know about remote work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Track remote employees hours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The main issue of employers is \u201chow do I track remote employees hours?\u201d. To do this correctly and efficiently we advise you to:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Set the time or data period for the work from home schedule<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Use a management software<\/strong> &#8211; assign tasks and monitor progress. By using this you can see how long employees take to finish a task and if they are working when they are supposed to<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Track employee time<\/strong> &#8211; avoid time theft by using a <a href=\"https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/en\/blog-en\/register-work-from-home-by-using-iflow\">time and attendance software<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full td-article-img-border\" style=\"max-width:none;width:1200px\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/pppppoooozzzza1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19432\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benefits of work from home<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Excepting the current situation of the pandemic crisis caused by COVID-19, remote work can be a good choice in a normal setting too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Remote working can be cost-saving<\/li><li>Less time spent commuting<\/li><li>Working from home can reduce sick leave days<\/li><li>Employees are more relaxed<\/li><li>Flexible lifestyle for employees<\/li><li>Better performance \u2014 with stronger autonomy via location independence, employees do their job better<\/li><li>Easier access for a company to quality employees<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>But for the time being the reason remote work is recommended is to avoid human contact and crowds, because of the COVID-19 (coronavirus). Also, if any of your employees are in isolation they can keep working. Working remotely can be used as a prevention method, but also as an effect for certain situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Remote work and working from home<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Remote work means that the employee can work outside of a traditional office environment. But not necessarily their homes. Remote work can be done from a cafe, library, on the plane for example. Working remotely means that you are not forced to work from a certain place and usually you only communicate with your employer by email or chat.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The difference between this and working from home can be clearly noticed from the title. Working from home is a type of remote work, but the space from which you need to work is clearly defined. Working from home can be an option for employees when for example they don\u2019t have any meetings and are able to do their tasks with their laptop.
