can be of the following types:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Label<\/strong> \u2013 a static label used to display text<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Subtitle<\/strong> \u2013 a smaller title or section heading<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Numeric<\/strong> \u2013 only numbers can be entered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Text <\/strong>\u2013 a small input box for a brief answer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Long text area<\/strong> \u2013 a larger input box for a detailed response<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date<\/strong> \u2013 select or enter a date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Select<\/strong> \u2013 opens a section where you must enter multiple possible values for the field, from which only one can be selected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Multiple select<\/strong> \u2013 allows selecting multiple values using the mouse and the Ctrl key<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rating<\/strong> \u2013 a numeric scale where the maximum value can be set in the field below<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>File<\/strong> \u2013 a button will be provided to allow file attachments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Static box<\/strong> \u2013 you can add any text, image, video, or link, and customize sizes, colors, and many other settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emoji select<\/strong> \u2013 respond using an emoji; choose from existing ones or add a new one<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Signature <\/strong>\u2013 the reviewer can sign digitally at the end, confirming the accuracy of the completed review<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image \u2013 optional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maximum value<\/strong> \u2013 applicable for scale-type questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Possible field values<\/strong> \u2013 for single select or multi select question types<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optionally, check <strong>Required<\/strong> if answering this question should not be optional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check <strong>Include in Final score<\/strong> if you want the result of this question to be averaged with others to calculate a final score \u2013 this option is only available for numeric or scale-type questions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to edit\/delete a review template<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Next to each created template, you have the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Duplicate<\/strong> \u2013 create an identical copy of the template<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit<\/strong> \u2013 make changes to the template<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deactivate\/activate<\/strong> \u2013 deactivated templates will no longer be available in review sessions but will remain in the company account and can be reactivated at any time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong> \u2013 after deactivating a template, you also have the option to delete it if it is no longer relevant, but note that deleted class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-review-sessions\"><strong>Review sessions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><br><\/strong><strong>How to create a review session<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br><\/strong>Review sessions can be created from the <strong>Workspace<\/strong> menu or from the <strong>Employee profile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Review session from the workspace menu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>From the main menu, select <strong>Workspace<\/strong>, then <strong>Review sessions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <strong>Add session<\/strong> button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the <strong>Session name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Reviews<\/strong> button to generate one of the following types of reviews:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Manual<\/strong> (you must manually select both the reviewed employee and the reviewer)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Self-review<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employee \u2013 Employee<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employee \u2013 Team Leader<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team Leader \u2013 Employee<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employee \u2013 Team<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employee \u2013 Company<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is created based on the Employee\u2013Team template, but in the <strong>Generate reviews &#8211; Select teams <\/strong>section, only the Company will be selected, not the teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add a <strong>Due date<\/strong> for the review if it must be completed within a specific number of days. If the due date is missed, the date will appear in red in the <strong>Reports<\/strong> and the <strong>General<\/strong> section of the review sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under <strong>Reviewed employee visibility<\/strong>, set whether the employee will be able to view their review. This access can be defined at the time of creation or later by the reviewer\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose between <strong>Can view review<\/strong> or <strong>No access<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Save responses anonymously<\/strong> if you want the feedback to remain confidential&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set a <strong>Time to answer<\/strong> for completing the review; unlike the due date, once the response time expires, the review can no longer be filled in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the <strong>Template type<\/strong> you want to use for the new review session<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Add group<\/strong> if you want to include additional question sections in the form or if you want to create questions while adding the new session<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, click the <strong>Add <\/strong>button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Creating a review session from the employee profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>From the employee&#8217;s profile, go to the <strong>Reviews<\/strong> tab, then click the <strong>Add review<\/strong> button; this button is only available to administrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To add a new review from the employee profile, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the <strong>Review type<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose <strong>Who is the review done for<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Reviewer<\/strong> will be automatically selected based on the administrator profile initiating the review session<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the desired <strong>Review session<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optionally, set a <strong>Due date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then click <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full td-article-img-border td-article-img-bottom\" delete a review session, click the <strong>Archive<\/strong> button next to the session you want to remove. Once the session is archived, click the <strong>X<\/strong> button to delete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A review session can be deleted when it is no longer needed. Alternatively, it can be archived to retain the reviews for future reference without cluttering the active workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Archived or deleted reviewed sessions will no longer appear in the employee\u2019s name \u2013 then select the <strong>Reviews<\/strong> submenu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Given<\/strong> section allows you to view the reviews that you have completed or those that are pending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the right side of each review, you have 3 options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Edit<\/strong> \u2013 fill out the review if the employee is facing difficulties or is struggling to work independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>View<\/strong> \u2013 view the answers submitted by the employee for that
