An event in the HRiFlow app is a fast and effective way to structure requests of the same time, including annual leave, sick leave, business trip, time off, and overtime hours.iFlow, the timekeeping and HR app allows admins, team leaders, and team members to add events based on their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Edit Events within the HRiFlow app?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The app allows you to introduce an event, whether it\u2019s for you or for another employee, which you can further edit or remove. Moreover, there\u2019s a handy event option called \u201c<strong>Needs Approval<\/strong>\u201d you can easily enable; it means that before calculating the timesheet, that specific event must be approved or rejected by an admin or team leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to <strong>edit\/delete\/approve\/reject <\/strong>an event added to an employee? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the \u201c<strong>Dashboard<\/strong>\u201d panel<\/li><li>Access the \u201c<strong>Activity<\/strong>\u201d tab<\/li><li>Click on the event you desire to edit <\/li><li>Choose the action <strong>Edit\/Delete\/Approve\/Reject<\/strong> <\/li><li>Click on the \u201c<strong>Edit<\/strong>\u201d button<\/li><li>Make the necessary adjustments<\/li><li>To save your modifications click on the \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201d button <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video alignwide td-article-img-border\" style=\"max-width:none;width:1200px\"><video autoplay loop muted src=\"https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Edit-Events-iFlow.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You can approve all the events awaiting approval by hitting the \u201c<strong>Approve All<\/strong>\u201d button.  This way, you approve every event on the page you\u2019re on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The events can be approved\/rejected\/deleted using the <strong>multiselect <\/strong>functionality. You can select more than one event different employees, you can approve\/reject or delete at the same time. Please note that you can only edit events individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to delete\/approve\/reject more events at the same time?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the \u201c<strong>Activity<\/strong>\u201d menu <\/li><li>Click on the representative icons of the events you want to <strong>delete\/approve\/reject<\/strong><\/li><li>Click on the <strong>Approve\/Reject <\/strong>or <strong>Delete<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Notification stands for?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A notification system is technically a combination of software and hardware components that deliver a message to a set of receivers. Notifications represent a way of letting someone know something important that is worth paying attention to. In HRiFlow, notifications are a preference you can enable based on your user role and notification type. Notifications are valuable for all employees, as they\u2019ll always be updated with the latest news.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to activate notifications via e-mail in the HRiFlow app?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The notifications received via e-mail are different for employees (<strong>team members<\/strong>) than those received by administrators or team leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notifications for Employees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This notification type can be activated by each employee or by the account admin. In the HRiFlow app, the team leader manages the users (employees) from his team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>iFlow app permits team leaders to receive notifications for every event they add that is approved\/rejected by the admins, or for every event added by an employee in their team. For the \u201c<strong>Team Leader<\/strong>\u201d user category, notifications can be activated by himself or by the admin\/admins.
