This skill reflects your company\u2019s efficiency, productivity, and quality. Your company\u2019s growth potential is a matter you don\u2019t have to worry about while using the HRiFlow app. A healthy business is usually one well-structured, where\u2019s a work hierarchy. Companies with a large number of employees are organized in teams or departments lead by team leaders. Based on the feedback coming from our HRiFlow users, we realized that the team leader doesn\u2019t have to present in his own timesheet, and we revise this management situation. Read our article to discover how you to grow your company\u2019s productivity and efficiently organize the employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to add employees into the HRiFlow app?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The HRiFlow app gives you two different ways to add employees. You can either use the \u201c<strong>Import Employees<\/strong>\u201d function or the \u201c<strong>Add Employees<\/strong>\u201d button from the app. The \u201cImport Employees\u201d method is really efficient as it allows you to add more employees at the same time, and automatically stores their data. To ease your work management, you can let your employees access the app. Afterward, they can add annual leave requests, and the timesheet will be automatically fulfilled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> How to add employees by using the \u201c<strong>Import Employees<\/strong>\u201d function?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the \u201c<strong>Dashboard<\/strong>\u201d panel<\/li><li>Click on the \u201c<strong>Import Employees<\/strong>\u201d button<\/li><li>Hit the \u201c<strong>Here<\/strong>\u201d button to download the template file <\/li><li>Fill in the employees\u2019 data into the downloaded Excel template<\/li><li>Click on the \u201c<strong>Upload File<\/strong>\u201d button<\/li><li>Click on the \u201c<strong>Import<\/strong>\u201d button to make the upload complete<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By using the import functionality, you don\u2019t need to add manually personal information to each user\u2019s account, create teams, or to assign employees to teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: <br>&#8211; If you use the copy\/paste functions to fill in the Excel template file you\u2019ve downloaded, use the \u201c<strong>Paste as Value<\/strong>\u201d function to add the sensitive information.<br>&#8211; Do not delete or modify the columns from the downloaded template file. Check out the steps below and try out how to add an employee from the \u201c<strong>Employees<\/strong>\u201d menu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on the \u201c<strong>Add Employee<\/strong>\u201d button<\/li><li> Fill in the name <\/li><li> Add an email address (you must add an email address for employees you assign as team leaders)<\/li><li> Select the date of employment<\/li><li> Check the \u201c<strong>Add annual leave days for 2019<\/strong>\u201d to allocate your employee the annual leave days for the current year.<\/li><li> Click on \u201c<strong>Add<\/strong>\u201d button and you\u2019re done.  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video alignwide td-article-img-border\" style=\"max-width:none;width:1200px\"><video autoplay loop muted src=\"https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/How-to-add-an-employee.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:33px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>When you select the date of employment, the HRiFlow app automatically calculates how many annual leave days has an employee available for the current year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you used this method to add your employees, you have to fill in the personal information in their employee accounts manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: <br> &#8211; To have more teams on the menu, these must be created previous to the employee\/employees addition in the HRiFlow account. <br> &#8211; The data of employment selection is very important and must be accurate, as the employees will appear in the app, timesheet, and reports based on that date. You can subsequently edit the date employment from the employee\u2019s user account.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create teams and assign team leaders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The HRiFlow app is extremely flexible when it comes to organizing your company\u2019s employees. Big companies have a large number of employees and need a better strategy to create a perfect structure and keep work productivity at high standards. How can you achieve this? By establishing an organizational work hierarchy, from entry-level positions up to the manager. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s easy to respect the organizational hierarchy of your employees not only in your company but also in the HRiFlow timekeeping app. You create the desired teams and assign a person or more to manage them. These employees automatically become team leaders for the teams they are coordinating. You can appoint more leaders to a team, or you can name a single team leader for multiple teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teams of employees and their utility <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With HRiFlow, you can see the team leaders from all departments altogether, independently from the other teams. This amazing app capability is useful and accessible for the admins, as well as for every employee. It is the easiest way for everyone to know their work duties and company positions. HRiFlow also allows you to edit an existing team or to rearrange the team leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need help in creating teams or name a team leader, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the \u201c<strong>Employees<\/strong>\u201d tab<\/li><li>Access \u201c<strong>Teams<\/strong>,\u201d then, \u201c<strong>Add Team<\/strong>\u201d<\/li><li>Edit the name<\/li><li>Select \u201c<strong>Leaders<\/strong>\u201d (one or multiple)<\/li><li>Click the \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201d button<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Three ways in which employees can see each other in the app<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As the account\u2019s admin, HRiFlow lets you choose from three possible ways to allow your employees to see each other\u2019s status in the app. Go to the \u201c<strong>Company<\/strong>\u201d menu, \u201c<strong>Dashboard viewing permissions<\/strong>,\u201d and select the wanted setting from the dropdown. You can opt that employees only see members of the same team, see all employees, or just to see themselves. Well, with the HRiFlow timekeeping app, you don\u2019t have to worry anymore!
