In this version, we\u2019ve introduced features that will simplify document organization and the use of custom fields. Here\u2019s what\u2019s new:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-shared-document-folder\">Shared Document Folder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The document management module <a href=\"https:\/\/hriflow.ro\/en\/document-management-system\/\">iDocs<\/a> is now even more flexible! With this update, we\u2019ve expanded their capabilities by adding new field categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Custom fields for evaluations and documents<\/strong> \u2013 Now, you can add additional details exactly where you need them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom field for signatures<\/strong>\u2014This field enables the digital signing of evaluations and documents directly in HRiFlow.
